30-Day Return Policy
Most new, unused products purchased from CPR Racing may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in new condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included hardware and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any merchandise.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Wire harnesses built to customer specifications
- Fuel injectors that have been installed or modified
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
- Special-order merchandise
Fuel Injector Services
Injector testing, cleaning, rebuilding, and flow testing are professional services.
Because each injector is evaluated individually, service charges are non-refundable once work has begun.
While we use state-of-the-art equipment and proven procedures, CPR Racing cannot guarantee that every injector can be restored to serviceable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem by replacing the item or issuing an appropriate refund.
Warranty Information
CPR Racing warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect fuel or fluid contamination
- Racing incidents or competition use
- Abuse or misuse
- Product modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Performance parts are intended for off-road or racing applications unless otherwise stated.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or an approved warranty claim.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. CPR Racing is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Custom orders, special-order items, and products already in production cannot be canceled after manufacturing has begun.
