CPR Racing – Website Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CPR Racing! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting or purchasing from cprracing.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

  1. General Use

CPR Racing provides products for motorsports and performance applications. All products are intended for off-road or racing use only, unless otherwise specified. You agree to use our site lawfully and not for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

  1. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders or out-of-stock items may take longer.  CPR Racing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and method selected.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Custom or special-order items are not returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

  1. Product Warranty

CPR Racing products are tested for performance and durability. However, due to the nature of motorsports, all products are sold as-is with no expressed or implied warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing. CPR Racing is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use.

  1. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, product names, and content on this site are property of CPR Racing and may not be used without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

CPR Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
